It has the capacity to turn static data in diverse formats into dynamic information assembled a fully integrated multimedia, which is a unified publication - presentable, accessible and truly interactive.

In the digital age, information overload is a common problem. As one seeks to disseminate reports and other reference materials from the organization, one faces the challenge of getting past the information overload. Acrobook© is at hand – it is the solution. It can turn static data in diverse formats into dynamic information, assembled a fully integrated multimedia which is a unified publication presentable, accessible and truly interactive.

This sounds impressive, but what does it mean? It means that the user can take all kinds of data from MS Word and PDF documents, PowerPoint, MS Excel spreadsheets, tables, graphics, web pages, video and sound clips and compile them into a truly interactive information pack. It can then be distributed on CD-ROM and or published on the web. This makes the users information truly accessible and useable to the audience. One can search, for any reference, across all the formats of the entire document. Bibliographies and multiple languages can be added with ease.

Drill down features allows the user to go from a graph or summary table to the detailed individual data elements on which the static data is based.

A unique feature of the system is that tables and charts can be created on the fly to include whatever data the user chooses. For example: the user would no longer need to keep five pages open simultaneously to cross reference data in five different printed tables.

Many prestigious organizations including The World Bank, Pan American Health Organization regional office of the Americas of WHO, World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and UNDP have utilized our services to create their publications. The outputs of these client organizations are used widely. This has led to familiarity with the interface by their users. Additionally, occupations such as consultants, manufacturing plant managers, professional engineers, development workers, health researchers, national planners and economists have become familiar with the software interface because they use reference material based on Acrobook©. This demonstrates the size and quality of the people and institutions we have reached.

Acrobook© has been a familiar site at major international IT Trade Shows like CeBIT 2004, CeBIT 2005, CeBIT 2006 and SYSTEMS 2002 in Germany and COMDEX FALL 2002 in the US. “Technology World 2006” in London and Cambridge organized by UK Trade & Investment, “Global IT Networking 2006” in Zurich, Lugano, Montreaux and Geneva organized by Swiss Government and  “J-OFIS” in Tokyo organized by JETRO Japan featured Acrobook©.
